Dan Nicholas Park is 330 acres of beautiful scenery just waiting for you to explore! With some amenities still open, this park is a great place to spend time on those warm, sunny days.

Dunn’s Mountain Park is the newest park in Rowan County! 83 acres of wide-open space just for you. Take your family for an adventurous hike or a picnic at the top of the mountain and start living your life more outdoors.

Eagle Point Nature Preserve

Eagle Point Nature Preserve is 200 acres of land to explore beautiful scenery and some of North Carolina’s amazing wildlife. There’s even a trail system that totals to 3 miles of walking through old home-sites, views of the lake, and more!
